1. Log in to your IT Experts client portal
Visit https://clients.itexperts.co.ke/index.php and sign in.
2. Navigate to your domains
Go to Domains → My Domains.
3. Choose the domain you want to configure
Click Manage Domain or click the domain name directly.
4. Open the Nameserver settings
Select Nameservers or Change Nameservers.
5. Select type of nameservers

Choose Use Custom Nameservers if pointing to external hosting.

Choose Use Default Nameservers if hosting stays with IT Experts.
6. Enter your updated nameserver records
Example:

ns1.newhost.com
-
ns2.newhost.com
Add more if needed.
7. Save/Apply the update
Click Save Changes or Update Nameservers.
8. Wait for DNS propagation
Propagation normally takes 30 minutes – 48 hours globally.
