1. Unlock the domain at your current registrar
Turn off registrar lock.
2. Turn off WHOIS privacy
Make sure your admin/registrant email is active.
3. Verify email address
Ensure you can receive approval messages.
4. Request the EPP/Auth Code
Ask your current registrar for the transfer authorization code.
5. Go to IT Experts Transfer Page
Navigate to:
Domains → Transfer Domain to Us
(or Order → Transfer Domain)
6. Enter the domain name
Type your domain exactly as registered.
7. Enter the EPP/Auth Code
Paste your authorization code.
8. Add to Cart
Proceed to the transfer order.
9. Log in or register a new account
Choose login or create a new client account.
10. Review domain settings
Confirm nameservers and registrant info.
11. Complete payment
The domain transfer includes 1 year renewal.
12. Approve the transfer via email
Click the approval link sent to your domain’s admin email.
13. Wait for transfer to finalize

14. Manage your domain inside your IT Experts client area
Go to Client Area → Domains for DNS, nameservers, hosting linking, and renewals.
