1. Open the client portal
Go to: https://clients.itexperts.co.ke/index.php
2. Click “Register a New Domain”
Find it on the homepage or under the Domains menu.
3. Search for your desired domain
Enter the domain name (e.g., mybusiness.co.ke) and click Search.
4. Add available domain to cart
If it shows Available, click Add to Cart.
If not, try another name.
5. Proceed to Checkout
Click Checkout or Continue.
6. Log in or create an account

If you’re new → select Register

If you already have an account → Log In
7. Fill in registrant details
Enter your contact information (name, email, phone, address).
These become the official domain ownership records.
8. Configure nameservers (optional)

Keep default nameservers
OR -
Enter custom nameservers if you already have hosting.
9. Choose payment method
Select the payment option (M-Pesa, card, etc.) offered during checkout.
10. Complete payment
Follow the instructions and confirm payment.
11. Domain gets registered
Once payment is verified, the domain is activated and you receive confirmation.
12. Manage your domain
Go to Client Area → Domains to:

update nameservers
-
manage DNS
-
attach hosting
-
handle renewals
